Mexican Chicken Tacos
- 500g chicken mince
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
- 1 400g tin crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Fiery Smoked Chilli Sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
1 pack Taco shells,
Grated cheese,
lettuce, tomato
Creamy Corn Dip, to serve
Saute onion in oil, then add mince and brown lightly. Stir through tomatoes, Fiery Smoked Chilli Sauce, and salt, and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Thicken with cornflour if required. Serve in heated taco shells, topped with Creamy Corn Dip, cheese, tomato and lettuce. Enjoy!!

Fiery Smoked Chilli Sauce is made from Smoked Jalapeno Chillies, Garlic, Onions, Tomatoes, Sugar and Spices and is quite hot. It can be diluted down with sour cream if your not too keen on the bite, but love the taste! It is available from The Pantry Shop.
