Consumer Guarantee Act
All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within a reasonable period of time as defined by Act.
If you wish to return goods we request that they are returned in the same condition that they were dispatched, and in their original packaging. Please include the delivery slip and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
If for some reason a product is not available we will substitute an item of equal or greater value. We will advise you by email or fax if this occurs.
Secure Shopping Process
We use a Third-Party "Payment Gateway Provider" to provide Secure processing for all Credit Card transactions on The Pantry Shop website. Our Payment Gateway Provider is PayStation - you can find more information about them at the Paystation website. Paystation acts as a gateway between the The Pantry Shop store and our bank, ASB.
By using a Payment Gateway, all your credit card information goes straight to our bank, ASB. This means none of our staff will ever see your credit card details. This also means the page you enter your credit card details on and the payment processing page, use an ASB interface and displays their logo.
The Pantry Shop and Paystation websites use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where Sales related personal information is required.
